Performance Follow Up

Project for monitoring production, damage, timing for my company's factories

Our company Mar Jewellery has lots of factories in China so we needed a solution to monitor the production in all of these factories and also monitor the damage and the timing of the input and output of a specific process so we can know the performance of the factory itself

So I make a follow-up Project to make data-entry employees in different factories records their processes and that processes already organized into stages so we can know how much time each stage take,

by doing that we are able to know what's the difference between the required value and output value and the percent of damage and the time consumed at this stage, all of that for each product, which are thousands.

By filtering and aggregating we are able to find our weaknesses and strength to improve our production cycle.
